Hanqin Du was an undersgraduate student in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science in the School of Informatics at the University of Edinburgh. His 4th year project in the lab focused on statistical modeling of regulatory motifs involved in stress responses in yeast.

Hanqin moved on to an MPhil in Computational Biology at the University of Cambridge.
